one medium suitcase

knifes- one can use a knife for protection and for many other uses. they are easy to carry.
food- I have to eat. I don't know where I'm going so who knows what the food will be like.
spices- so that if you kill something you can cure it. it wont go bad if you do.
clothes- no madder where you go you need clothes. some people might get rather upset if you don't.
money- if they put you in a populated place you will need some kind of currency. if not then you can burn it.
gloves- you need to have something to protect you hands. you could trade them for other stuff.
hand gun- protection if you don't think a knife can handle the problem.
tooth brush- you need to have hygiene no madder where you go. that and it will keep your teeth from rotting out.
ammunition- for the gun so you can use it. a gun doesn't do much for you if you don't have any ammunition.
dynamite-  so that if I need to move something really big I can just blow it up. and its a good attention getter.
